If you don’t then you either live in a bubble or have been blessed with an incredibly charmed life and I am jealous. Recently, I have found myself with the time and space to open up some of my baggage and it has not been the most enjoyable experience. Although it has not been a walk in the park, it has been important for me to grow and take this journey. One of the big problems with this process is how much I am in my own head.
